I am a conservation/fine art photographer who focuses on ecological stories that take place in human-altered landscapes. I received a BS in Natural Resource Management from UMass Amherst in 2012 and an MFA in Visual Arts from Lesley College of Art and Design in 2019.
Some of my work in the past two years has included series on invasive plant species in Greater Boston, MA, wildlife poaching and conservation in Namibia, and the legacies of uranium mining in and around Bears Ears National Monument in Southeast Utah.
I recently made a contribution to In Relation to the Sea.
I meld my knowledge and experience gained from time as a wildlife researcher with understanding of communication and aesthetics as an artist to convey ecological stories in a compelling and accessible manner.
I’m always looking for my next story to tell, and eager to collaborate with like-minded people who have a story to tell.
